On July 18 th 2014 the Aqua Award was granted to Dr.-Ing. Magdalena Eder, former doctoral student of the ENWAT program.
Dr. Eder started her research in the ENWAT program at the IWS under the guidance of Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Dr.-Ing. habil. András Bárdossy in 2009. She was supported by an IPSWaT-scholarship of the BMBF. On Oct, 15 th 2013 she passed the doctoral exam and received the academic title “Dr.-Ing.” for her dissertation " Climate Sensitivity of a Large Lake ".
